Summer Weights Schedule 2026 (May 26 to August 7) First Session: 6:30 am - 7:30 am High School Boys (Incoming grades 9-12) Second Session: 7:30 am - 8:30 am High School Girls (Incoming grades 9-12) AND Junior High (Incoming grades 7 & 8) If you can't make the session you're supposed to be in, you can go to the other session.
