Summer Weights Schedule 2026 (May 26 to August 7)
First Session: 6:30 am - 7:30 am High School Boys (Incoming grades 9-12)
Second Session: 7:30 am - 8:30 am High School Girls (Incoming grades 9-12) AND Junior High (Incoming grades 7 & 8)
If you can't make the session you're supposed to be in, you can go to the other session. If you oversleep the first session, come to the second session. Hopefully this does not happen, but if it does, make sure you come to the second session.
Our program is designed to help both males and females become bigger, faster, stronger and more explosive and flexible. It is a complete athletic lifting and agility program, not designed for a specific sport. This will help you to become more explosive in a straight line and also laterally. It will also help to reduce injuries. We take what we do very seriously, and are always studying to stay up-to-date with the most current information for developing young athletes into bettering themselves. Together, when we all work hard, it builds team and school spirit and pride. GO FALCONS!
